FAQs

Can I book a discovery session?

Absolutely, and I personally feel it would be wrong for a coach to take on a client (or indeed a client to take on a coach!) without one. It's essential we are a good match, and the best way to find out if we are is for us to have a 30 minute no-obligation zoom call. Click here to get the ball rolling.

How does it work?

The standard package I offer is 12x weekly zoom calls of 60 minutes each. Where possible this will be the same day and time each week. I have tried different formulas over the years but have found this to be the most effective at delivering sustainable results into the long-term.
Between sessions there will be tasks to be completed (it is essential you realise that coaching is far from a passive process - it is you that'll do most of the work!). Previously dormant resources and potential will come back online and these need to be put to use!
It is through turning inspired thoughts into action (and the momentum this produces) that life-changing results occur. I provide accountability to ensure this happens, like a personal trainer for the mind.

Why coaching (vs. counselling)?

I have myself experienced a large range of therapies and healing modalities over the years. While counselling can help understanding, I know from my own journey that the past can be like a bottomless pit. Coaching is a collaborative process. It is very much outcome and future-orientated and, by focusing on what we want, can and does produce rapid and life-changing results.

Why should I choose you?

You shouldn't necessarily, whilst I will be a great match for some people my approach is unique so won't be for everyone (hence why it's essential we have a discovery call first).

My credentials are that I have been qualified and successfully coaching for well over a decade (including the training of new coaches). During that time I have worked with a wide range of clients including high performance athletes, gangsters, high fliers and so-called 'ordinary' people (for me there is no such thing).

I would say though that what separates me from other change-facilitators is that I truly walk my talk. I am deeply committed to my own journey of discovery and empowerment, and this helps me to be committed to those of my clients. I have tried and tested a wide range of tools and techniques, so know what works.

In the pursuit of inner peace and meaning, I have walked far and wide on the path of self-discovery, and my knowledge of this territory allows me to support you to do the same.
